Author Lisa Ludwinski, owner and head baker of Sister Pie, will talk about her background and the history of her phenomenally successful bakery. She’ll also discuss her cookbook, Sister Pie: The Recipes & Stories of a Big-Hearted Bakery in Detroit, which was featured as a Michigan Notable Book. Cookies from Sister Pie will be served as refreshments. Copies of Sister Pie will be available for sale. Registration required.
